Recently, Greg Metty (with Tully Mars) and Gaylynne McClure (with Bailey) attended the Oklahoma Emergency Management Association Conference in Tulsa Oklahoma representing COSAR. Greg and Gaylynne educated Oklahoma's emergency managers and answered questions about SAR and dog handling.
